With this in mind the Directors have set and shall review the following objectives:
- To measure and analyse the company’s operational performance and seek continual improvements.
- To actively seek to increase the company’s customer base and new areas of business to enhance its profitable turnover in accordance with its business plan.
- To actively seek investment and other funding revenue to enable development and exploitation of SET’s innovative technologies and to ensure that the enabling skills and knowledge of its staff are enhanced.
The Directors shall develop and provide a suitable infrastructure, work environment and training to enable all employees to maximize their potential both in to contributing to and participating in the company’s activities and in personal development.
Employees shall be included in the review and promotion of our business management systems through consultation, training and company briefings.
